Search Party: Think – Find – Fun

A Search Party combines theatrical moments with a social think-find-fun team bonding activity; equal parts entertainment (viewed by players), action (participation by players), and team-building (players interacting with each other). Open up the Interplay Blender and measure the right amounts of a treasure and scavenger hunts, mix in team-building puzzles, devices, riddles, and other forms of smart, social play.
Beyond usual team building, this multiple mind and body activity makes every moment count by integrating your event message, brand values, and specific business goals. Whether it’s highlighting a Spring Training team directive for Starbucks, mixing managers and testing leadership skills for Jansport, or driving people to learn about the campus (and each other) at Microsoft, each Search Party is tailored to make the most of your carefully planned moments.
HOW A SEARCH PARTY BEGINS: Teams of players are formed and given instructions, game card, and any other information they need. There are generally two types of starting formats:
• Group Start: for a 30–200 person Search Party, teams are formed and everyone starts at once.
• Start at Your Leisure: For larger Search Parties, groups of teams are introduced to the game by a character, or teams may assemble and start at their leisure.
HOW A SEARCH PARTY ENDS: The Search Party Character checks in each team when it has gathered all of the information needed. After all teams are done, the Character guides the players to a final theatrical conclusion, using the gathered information.
