Starbucks Supply Chain Operations (SCO) needed to deliver a comprehensive message to all levels of their organization.

Create a day long event to deliver a complex and detailed portfolio of information in a fashion that keeps attendees mentally engaged throughout the day long event and provides feedback on how well the message is registering with attendees.
