Microsoft wanted a learning and teambuilding exercise that would bring about strong realization of and reflection on the personal strengths and challenges of individual team members.

How to bring individual team members face to face with the need for change and personal improvement while at the same time celebrating their strengths and value to the team.
The Solution
Interplay customized its “This ‘or’ That” game platform to create a special version call Hidden Horsepower. This platform allowed people to learn about their core strengths in a safe environment.
The Result
This adaptation created the ability to bring strong individual reflection and realizations to the team, while providing facilitators the tools to help encourage those realizations while strengthening bonds between team members.
