“Interplay translated the complexities of our new strategic direction into an engaging and effective learning experience for all of our Supply Chain Operations Partners.
Interplay’s ability to transform existing materials, leadership knowledge, and the thoughts of our Partners into a participatory communications program resulted in an important first step toward aligning leadership and Partners and launching a new strategy. “

First Flight: Microsoft Customer Support Services

Microsoft needed to bring together 400 global managers from their CSS operations for a large team building conference.
The Challenge
Engage an international audience in a set of events that develops stronger bonds between team members while bringing them up to speed on new initiatives that they will then take back to their individual units and inform the people about.
The Solution
By incorporating three different games into the days activities Interplay helped keep the group mentally and physically engaged in the days events. The games employed were:
- Delta Dash – a Trading Card style activity designed to familiarize plays with key points of information.
- Flight Plan – a paper airplane building exercise that got people moving
- Splashdown – a geography based game-show style competition
The Result
These three games kept the audience engaged kept conference participants actively engaged in the days events and helped build stronger bonds across a geographically and culturally diverse audience
